Dear Patients,
We hope this letter finds you in good health. As the situation with CoVid-19 continues to change rapidly, we must work together as a community to stop the spread of this virus. Our practice philosophy and priority remain your total health. After receiving updated recommendations from the CDC and California Dental Association, we have given tremendous thoughts and made a decision that we believe is necessary in order to protect our patients and staff.
Starting Wednesday, March 18, and continuing until April 1st, we will be limiting care to emergency care only. If you have a scheduled appointment, we will be in touch with you to notify you of the cancellation and work with you regarding rescheduling to a later date. At that time, we plan to temporarily add additional time to our schedule by extending our workdays and adding Saturday hours in order to accommodate the additional need. If you have question or concern, you may reach us by phone during our regular business hours. As always, if you have a dental emergency, you will be cared for. Dr. Ann is also available by phone after hours.
This decision was not made lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. It is imperative that we come together as a community and be part of the solution. Again, our office is still open to emergencies and you can always reach the doctor after hours. We want you to know that we are here for you. We appreciate your patience and understanding while going through this journey together.
